MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe person is responsible for ensuring proper working of companies and thereby responsible for the success in of the department. He/She is also responsible for the recruiting, training of the employees and provide quality working environment in the organization. He/She is also responsible for the overall marketing and business development of the organization through paid promotions, campaigns, direct visits and network development etc. which will help the organization to meet its goals and mission.Team BuildingAccountable for the manpower planning of every financial year on through coordinating with all other departments and define the budget for the entire HR & Admin department.Accountable for preparing the strategies for the employee recruitment, training, development, performance evaluation and retention at the time of preparing the HR Budget.Accountable for recruiting the people at the right time or when there is vacancy in the department. Coordinate with other department for reviewing the manpower requirements.Accountable for the total performance of the team through proper performance evaluation and thereby ensure that the company is working on a high productivity level.Accountable for ensuring proper training for the team to improve their skills, efficiency and management style on the basis of the evaluation.Accountable for implementing performance-based appraisal for the team through coordinating with the management.Organization Culture DevelopmentAccountable for implementing the HR SOP 100% in the organization for creating a better and productive working culture as well as to motivate the team.Accountable for creating a professional working environment by implementing policies and systems that defined by the management time to time.Accountable for giving solution for all grievances in the organization within a maximum period of 7 days, if needed through proper investigation.Accountable for taking immediate and effective corrective action for the breach of any disciplinary/ethical/professional issues that happens inside the organization.Payroll and Well fare ManagementAccountable for releasing salary and other benefits on time to the team through coordinating with all departments for processing the payouts and benefits.Accountable for making sure that the ESI, PF, gratuity etc. are online and as per the legal formalities. Ensure that the relation with such departments is healthy and sound.Head Office Administration Accountable for the total administration of the office by providing resources, facilities and technologies timely and effectively.Accountable for managing the overall filing systems, administration policies, purchases of items below Rs. 1,000 etc for the proper running of the company.Accountable for providing solutions for any issues that is a bottleneck to the corporate functions and day to day operations. Ensure good relation with outside agencies for any special issues and its management such electrical, plumbing etc.Sales ManagementResponsible for identifying and generation leads of potential customers and thereby ensure that the market is connected to the company by establishing a network and reach.Responsible for preparing sales plan after consulting with the team members and share with the team for execution and thereby target achievement. Make sure that the conversion rate is more than 65% for the potential customer data base.Responsible for making sure that proper follow ups, mailers and periodical reminders are given to the potential clients as a part of the sales activity.Do close at least 5 premium potential customers on a daily basis and update the database and discuss the requirements and challenges from the market with the superior.Business Development & NetworkResponsible for implementing the target division wise through communicating the marketing plan and strategy for achieving the result.Responsible person for preparing the target for the divisions based on the analysis and ensures that the target is there for both BD and sales. .Responsible for adding clients and direct sales channels for the business development target achievement. Make sure that the target is being achieved within the timeline.Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its products through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all potential channels.Responsible for meeting a minimum of 40% extra reach in the product and 30% additional business development in terms of sales and network.Monitoring and ControlAccountable for monitoring the day-to-day marketing operations of the company through regular report evaluation and by taking corrective measures time to time.Accountable for monitoring monthly performance of the team by analyzing the efforts and targets achieved by them as well as the extra efforts they made for the achievement.Review and EvaluationResponsible for sending the daily report every day to support the management in taking decisions and action for improving the business and brandingResponsible for reviewing the effectiveness, consistency and the result from each activity and strategies that implemented in the branches for promotion and marketingSkillsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel, knowledge of HRMSManagement skills: Analytical skills, Organization skills, Convincing and coaching skills, establishes business objectives and translates business objectives into action plans and results, experience leading and developing an effective team.Communication skills: excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, able to effectively resolve conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with managers and staff.Competences · Team leadership, Collaboration, influencing· confidence and skills to deal directly with and influence senior managers, energetic, intelligent, respects confidentiality, pro-active, integrity, enthusiastic, commitment and respect for diversity and able to work independently.6.
