Experience as a Front Office executive / Receptionist.Good Communication skill.Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate partyAnswer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct officesCreate and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partnersMake travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itinerariesProvide proper information to the queries via phone/email/in person.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.Experience in Facility Management & basic level accounting, petty cash, office related expenses, maintaining re-imbursement slips, managing office supplies and Housekeeping.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹119,377.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExpected Start Date: 15/04/2022
