Executive Assistant with experience of 2 to 3 years.Responsibilities: 1. Providing all Administrative support to Managers and respective teams.2. Supporting in various activities for onboarding and during exist of employees.3. Timesheet Management, Generating reports and handling WFH approvals.4. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.5. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.6. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.7. Take minutes during meetings and prepare in Legal format as required by Charty commissioner.8. Coordinate with Advocates for all the legal matters and compliances for the NGO.Qualification: Bachelor’s in Human Resource and LLBDegree in social work is preferableExperience for 2 3 years in same domainStrong written and Verbal communication skillsAbility to work in high intensity, fast-paced environmentSalary: ₹ 20,000/- to ₹30,000/- per monthJob Timing: Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pmSaturday: 10am to 2pmBenefits: 1.
