Full Job Description :-
We are looking for a standout HR Assistant to work with our HR team . The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in the team’s operation, as the work is varied and sees you providing comprehensive support in various verticals of HR. This is a great opportunity for someone to continue their learning about HR in a fast paced and supportive environment.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Administrative and Operational Support
Provide administrative support for key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, probation, transfer and exit procedures.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation, uploading softcopy & maintaining database.
Database management – complete and accurate data entry into our HRIS system (Workday) processing new hires, transfers and terminations.
Generate and prepare reports.
Provide help in other administrative support to HR team.
2.Recruitment and Onboarding
Provide recruitment assistance – identifying job requirement, sourcing resume Setting up interviews, updating recruitment tracker getting requisition approval from concerned authority.
Prepare new hire activities; preparation of contract, collation of new hire paperwork, resolving new hire inquiries and HR system set up (Workday and Halogen).
Coordinate onboarding process with local hiring managers and IT Support; IT Access, welcome pack and desk set up, manage onboarding plans and arrange HR and Service Desk orientation.
Coordinate and collate onboarding interview feedback.
3.Employee Benefit Management
To coordinate and manage administrative processes for all local, employee benefits, reward and recognition programs through Dynamo platform.
Coordinate and take initiative for activities related to, employee milestones, service award and leavers.
4.Employee Engagement
Managing engagement committee and organizing events for employee on monthly basis.
Organizing Various workshop & health camp for employees on quarterly basis.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, confident, ‘can do’ attitude
An excellent understanding of the importance of Data Protection and confidentiality
Good working knowledge and practical experience of Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong ability to build relationships
Enthusiasm, drive and initiative
Effective time-management with the ability to prioritize and respond to planned and unplanned demands
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human resources
At least 2+ years of or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems (desirable) and Microsoft Office suite.
