DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE) – ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT Company HLL Lifecare Limited is a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Department HEALTHCARE SERVICES DIVISION Tasks Heading the finance and accounts functions of HLL operations in Hindlabs @ Assam and North region of HCS Division. Primarily responsible for the finance activities of the projects/centers in that region. Activities include MIS reporting to management regarding regional performance, stock etc for business decision making, payments and receivables accounting relating to the region, follow up with operations team for realisation of sales through timely reports, purchase, sales and fixed asset accounting, Bank reconciliation, GST,TDS compliances and return filing. Handling various kinds of audits from Internal, Statutory and CAG audits, providing management responses, periodical audits @ labs and imaging centers in the region on stock and fixed assets, vetting of financial proposals relating to the region. Preparation of revenue and Capex budgets of the region and reporting variance analysis to the management for any deviations in actual performance. Requirements Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.03.2022

Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): 25,000 – 45,000/- (Deputy Manager (E1) per month.
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Qualification
Essential : CA/CMA.

Post Qualification Experience
Essential : 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounts Functions.
Desirable : Experience in diagnostic industry with SAP working knowledge preferred. Public sector experience will be given preference.
