Full Job Description :-
Job Responsibilities:

Fixed Asset Management.

o Responsible for Fixed Asset Management of both the Branches.

o Ensure quarterly Reconciliation & Verification of Assets.

o Excel sheet to be prepared for all the Assets with details regarding Purchase Amt., Date, location, condition of Asset etc.

Management Information System (MIS), Budgeting & Control.

o Supervise, Monitor and Evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities & Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
o Rendering financial advice to the management officials of different operations, to undertake proper financial planning and decision making.
o Support Account Manager in preparation of Financials & Budget for the Organization.

Bank Reconciliation & Management of Fund Flow.
o Daily Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts of DPS, Blossom.

o Monthly Reconciliation to be signed off & filed.

o Preparation of Fund Report. Ensure efficient monitoring & controlling of fund & timely Transfer of funds as & when required.

Statutory Dues & Compliances , GST, Income Tax, Audit Report, Tax Audit etc.

o 100% compliance to Statutory Online payments as per deadline.

o Monthly Preparation of data for GSTR1 & GSTR3B Returns for DPS, Dharav & Blossom by 8th & 18th of next month. GSTR2 A Reconciliation on monthly basis for DPS & Blossom.

o Preparation of Quarterly TDS Returns of DPS, Dharav & Blossom by 25th, 26AS Reconciliation on Quarterly basis.

o TDS Certificate FORM 16A to be issued to Supplier’s on Quarterly Basis & Form 16 to be issued to Employee’s on yearly basis.

o Active Particiaption in External & other Audits & prepare the required data.

External Audits.

o Active Participation in External Audits, Preparation of Schedules as requred by Auditors.

Leadership & Analyse Ability of Team Work.

o Development of Leadership & Communication Skills, Enhance knowledge through On Job Trainings, Online, Internal / External Trainings for Self & the Team.

Cost Reduction through Internal Auditing; system & Process implementation, reduce wastage and new ideas.

o Active Participation in Internal & External Audits as & when required.

o Closure of Open points of Audit during the same month. 5% reduction of cost (Organization wide) – 5% increase in EBITDA To be reviewed on quarterly basis.

Digitizing the Accounting Process.

o Minimum 1 new technology to be incorporated on end to end bookkeeping and accounting processes per Qtr.

o Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes, Support Account Manager in Implementation of tools & moving into Automation from Manual Processes.

Scanning & Filing of Records & Legal Documents.

o Day to day Scanning & Filing of Records & documents & Archive in Safe Custody on daily basis.

Any other work assigned from time to time.

o 100% completion as per Timelines.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Working experience preferably as Accounts & Finance Manager for 5-8 year(s).

2. Degree in finance, accounting or similar relevant field

3. A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.

4. Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
6. Able to solve problems independently and should be result oriented.
