The Marketplace Analyst owns the responsibility to gather and analyze performance data from Replicons integration marketplace listings in order to make sound recommendations to optimize marketplace demand generations initiatives. This position reports directly to the Marketplace Manager and requires extensive collaboration with key stakeholders.
This person will be collaborating with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team.

A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles focused on outbound B2B
Knowledge of analytics methodologies, competitive analysis, surveys, and market research
Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends and identify the opportunities for future prospects
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required
High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and ‘hands-on’ approach
Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
You love digging into data – analyzing performance metrics for different marketing campaigns.
Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
What you’ll do:
Maintain and continuously monitor traffic, engagement and conversion data reports from Replicons various integration marketplace listings
Analyze and provide data-driven recommendations for different marketplaces to promote strong sales pipeline and leads. Work closely with Marketplace Manager to provide insight in to traffic, engagement and lead conversion
Monitor and managing an extensive set of diverse marketing performance reports and dashboards on marketplace listing for marketing leaders to facilitate critical decision making.
Conduct competition analysis and keyword research to support marketplace search optimization strategies
Perform campaign analysis for various marketplace demand generation campaigns (emails, webinars, newsletters etc.) and combined GTM efforts to suggest effective promotional strategies
Conduct market research to compare and evaluate new marketplace listing strategies solely based on demand gen possibilities
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business
