Your Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with supporting our Business Office. This assistant will assist in providing support to different teams throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Administrative Director to ensure support needs within the company are met. A Day in the Life
Work collaboratively across departments in the coordination/organization of meetingsCollaborate with prospects and cultivate relationships with customer officesStreamline and improve business processesAssist in daily office operationsAssist with administrative requests as needed. This may include assisting new hires, tool assistance, etc.Communicate effectively, and with intention, compassion and kindnessCelebrate our internal and external customers, always aiming for delightful interactions

What You Need
Experience in supporting managers or heads of departments (3-5 years experience)Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience and a genuine interest in providing customer supportInterpersonal and communication skills are requiredStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office & Google Suite as well as multiple forms of technology (Concur, G Chat, LinkedIn)Ability to self-manage, focus and prioritize under stressful conditionsOrganization skills and dedication to completing tasks/projects timely
