Handle customer care (complaints, requests & payment follow-ups) Internal dashboard data entry and Salary maintenanceJD- Reporting to Director- Handle customer care efficiently, with regular interactions with customers- Ensure complaint resolution within 24hrs.- Timely payment follow-ups- Submitting daily reports- Entry of daily complaints, new services and requests on the dashboard, marking off fields etc.- Calculations of salary at the month-end.Education – GraduationComputer skills – Basic excel, mailsExperience – 1 – 2 yearsLocation – Noida preferable, mostly work from homeRequirement – 1 (female)Timing — 8 am to 6 pmOne weekly offJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
